Digital Leaders Boot Camp

Description

I am organizing our 5th Digital Leaders Boot Camp this July 18 and 19 at Cicada Hills Training Center.

This session is ideal for participants who have any of the following objectives:

• Wants to improve or develop new business models or ideas.
• Improve digital marketing approaches.
• Exchange ideas on leadership.

6 AM Meetup (for participants taking the shuttle, please be on time.)

The workshop shall tackle the following:

Day 1

Introduction/team matching for group work, presentation, and review (instead of the usual present to all).

1. Revisiting Business Models & Discussion of Challenges
2. Understanding the Customer
3. SWOT, Blue Ocean, & Creating New Ideas
4. Output Presentation

Storytelling Night (care of Maxwell Speaker Club)

Day 2

1. Revisiting Your Why
2. Branding & Marketing Strategy, Storytelling, & Visualization
3. Momentum Building
4. Output Presentation

Return to City

Brunch & Dinner will be served.

Each participant confirming needs to pay a fee of P6,500 (per person) to cover workshop, shared room accommodation, and meals cost.
