- Level of usage on various online banking services is still very much limited at this point. Only 33% use features like fund transfer compared to other banking services such as balance inquiry where 71% uses it.
- The female Internet user market base is largely untapped. Only 3 out of 10 online bankers are women. Banks should come up with gender-balanced programs to encourage this segment to look into Internet banking and realize its benefits.
- Banks must innovate and offer services that go beyond traditional banking.
