March 1: Requirements Management Workshop
Uncontrolled changes, poor requirements labeling and bi-directional traceability, and the lack of trained and experienced requirements analysts greatly contributes to poor IT software development projects today. These findings are based on a survey participated by 18 respondents from organizations who are taking the path towards software process improvement.
In this regard, DigitalFilipino.com is organizing a one-day Requirements Management Workshop this March 1, 2004 Monday, 9 am to 5 pm at the Metro Pacific Room, 3rd floor of AIM Acceed Conference Center, Benavides St. Makati City.

This 1-day workshop will also have practical exercises.
Our speaker is Encarnacion “Cannie” May. She is currently an IT Project Manager of Boeing in Seattle, USA and CEO of YOSSN.com. Her experience in software process improvement began way back in 1986. Her being a hands-on IT project manager practitioner with CMM/CMMI implementation and internal assessments experience will be greatly valuable. She is also a DigitalFilipino.com Club Member.
