December 7 and 8: Project Planning Competency Development Workshop

Due to numerous request, we are launching our first Project Planning Competency Development Workshop that is structured and based from the CMMI level 2 process model. This will be on December 7 and 8, 2004 from 9 am to 5 pm at Regus 28th floor, Enterprise Center, Paseo de Roxas corner Dela Rosa St., Makati City.

 

The topics shall be as follows:

 

Day 1

 

• Introduction to Project Planning
• Estimate project scope
• Estimate work product and task attributes
• Defining project life cycle
• Estimate effort and cost

 

Day 2

 

• Establish budget and schedule
• Plan risk management
• Plan for data management
• Plan for project resources
• Plan for needed manpower knowledge and skills
• Plan for stakeholder involvement
• Obtaining plan commitment

 

This 2-day workshop will also have practical exercises and a competency development guide.

 

The fee is only five thousand pesos (P5000) plus VAT.
